We have 4 production lines,injection production line,blowing production line,rubber production line and electronic assembling production,factory covers about 3000 square meters and 100 workers.

Two groups of sales team including 10 sales staff and a team of after-sales,4 engineer for R&D department.

Injection Production Line

We have 2 sets injection machines and around 40 sets injection moulds for production of PVC traffic cones,delineator post, traffic baton shell,warning light shell and other plastic parts.

Blowing Production Line

We have 2 sets blowing machines and around 30 sets blowing mould for production of plastc barrier,PE traffic cone,etc.

Rubber Production Line

Rubber production line mainly manufacture rubber speed bump,rubber cable protector ramp,rubber corner protector,wheel stoppers and rubber traffic cone,rubber base,ect.

Our 5 sets Rubber Production line can enable production capacity increase,and our rubber production capacity is around 50000 pcs per month, 

Electronic Assembling Production Line

3 Electronic Assembling Production Lines enable us production 50000 pcs warning lights in 15 days in so much short time,that can meet clients' requirement - quick order,quick delivery.
